Job Description
This position is responsible for the analysis, design, optimization and enhancement of In Building Solutions for wireless networks. Responsibilities include assessment report providing , walk test analysis, link budgets analysis, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic analysis, initial system design and dimensioning, coverage planning, site identification, frequency planning, interference analysis and optimization.
Requirements
Education: • BS in Telecommunication or Electronics. Experience: • Required 3 years of experience in 2G or 3G networks planning and optimization. Skill: • Excellent experience in IBS optimization and planning. • Excellent experience in walk test analysis and assessment report providing for IBS. • Excellent experience in performing and analyzing KPI's and TEMS log files. • Very good experience in using MapInfo and Actix. • Very good experience in trouble shooting of problematic cells. • Strong knowledge of Ericsson and Nokia 2G radio features/ parameters. • Good English Communication skills required. • Highly motivated and good team player. • Ability to plan own work to meet assigned schedules and targets. • Ability to develop and give effective presentations within own unit.
