Job Description
● Manage inventory of return to seller items regarding outflow/inflow ratio Maintain standards of health and safety and security.
● Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees (in 2 shifts) Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc.).
● Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided Identifies areas in need of method modification and staff training.
● Act as an advisor to team members to meet schedules and resolve problems Write and revise SOP's as required.
● Work to resolve and prevent seller complaints Managing and monitoring on DC's inventory.
