Job Description

The restaurant manager is responsible for maintaining and increasing the restaurant's income, profitability, and quality of the restaurant. The restaurant manager must ensure the optimal performance of the restaurant by increasing production, productivity, quality, and guest service standards.

Some of the most important tasks:

  • Managing restaurant functions and cooperate in menu design.
  • Improving guests and employees satisfaction and increase financial performance in the area of responsibility;
  • Providing unique services to guests, allocating himself to the work both personally and professionally.
  • Welcoming the guests according to the standards and answering their questions in a timely and useful manner by solving their problems in order to satisfy the guests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hotel Management or other related fields. 
  • 5 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Supervisory ability and skills.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Ability to solve problems.
  • Decision-making power.
  • Ability to provide services.
  • Communication skills.
  • Endurance.
  • Technical and professional information.
  • Accuracy.
