- Performing and following up all activities related to a new product development project from idea phase to mass production - Preparing and supervision of project progress and reporting to senior managers

Requirements

- Degree of education:Master in Engineering - At least 15 years of work experience and at least 8 years of management experience - Complete knowledge of the production process and manufacturing of parts - Ability to evaluate justification and investment plans, product design and development - Knowledge of industrial design and engineering software - Fluent in reverse engineering (from design to production) - Full acquaintance with the production process of refrigerator appliances
