Research and Development Manager

Job Description

Requirements:

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering (having a higher degree is considered an advantage).
• At least ten years of relevant work experience in similar management positions.
• Proficient in analog and digital circuit design
• Proficient in power supply and circuit design and analysis
• Familiarity with software development related to embedded systems (Embedded Linux)
• Familiarity with microcontroller programming and network system design
• Proficient in manufacturing processes: an understanding of manufacturing methods and standards related to electronic products.
• Industrial and mechanical design skills: ability to design industrially and provide innovative mechanical solutions for products.
• Familiarity with PCB design, simulation, and industrial design software (such as Altium Designer, SPICE, SOLIDWORKS, or similar software).
• Ability to lead and lead a research and development team, manage projects, and provide strategic solutions in research and development.
