Job Description
Getting to know foreign currency remittances (domestic and foreign)
Understanding currencies and conversion rates (Buy / Sell)
Getting to know the process of registration, follow-up and settlement of remittances
High accuracy in recording information and numbers
Familiarity with the rules and regulations of exchanges
Ability to work with financial systems and Excel
Confidentiality of customer information
Proper communication with the customer and follow-up
It is an advantage:
Work experience in exchange or remittance
Familiarity with banking or currency systems
