Regional Supervisor

Job Description

At the Ofogh Koorosh Company headquarters, we are seeking a Regional Supervisor to join our team in the designated province.

**Sales Development**

* Planning for sales growth.
* Reviewing and monitoring sales development plans.
* Diagnosing sales-related issues and proposing improvement solutions.

**Operational Management**

* Evaluating branch performance against established standards.
* Identifying operational challenges within branches and implementing improvement initiatives.

**Inspection and Store Operations**

* Reviewing regional inspection scores and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Diagnosing issues related to inspections.
* Developing improvement plans based on inspection reports.
* Designing initiatives to enhance regional standards.
* Overseeing and addressing all store-related issues and challenges.

**Branch Development and Outfitting Oversight**

* Conducting site visits and feasibility studies to assess the sales potential of properties.
* Securing financial approval for payments from the headquarters' finance department.
* Directly supervising branch outfitting projects, including major initiatives such as store redesigns.

**Financial Oversight**

* Budget management: Reviewing financial statements to ensure profitability and monitor other critical performance indicators across all branches.

**Human Resources Management**

* Conflict management: Overseeing challenges and disputes, and facilitating their resolution.
* HR solutions: Addressing human resources challenges, such as staffing shortages or surpluses, and workforce discrepancies.
* Supervising the recruitment and hiring process for both branch and headquarters staff.
* Liaising with HR managers and department heads at the headquarters.
* Diagnosing HR processes at the regional and branch levels and proposing improvement strategies.
* Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), such as turnover rates and workforce discrepancies. Analyzing these indicators and proposing solutions for improvement.

Monitoring marketing performance.

Managing customer complaints: Overseeing responses to customer complaints and ensuring the maintenance of high-quality service standards.

Coordinating with the corporate and regional planning departments regarding sales targets and other related challenges.
