
Job Description
-To supervise the sales agents (in the other cities) on how to handle sales & marketing taking them on double visits to ensure goals are achieved. - Administer client accounts and establish and maintain client relationship and get market feedback on a regular basis. - Keep accurate records and documentation of team activities and field data for reporting and feedback. -Participate in setting short term and long term goals and objectives for sales team of each area according to market conditions. -Ensure implementation of the sales fundamentals (coverage, distribution, and visibility) in defined region working with agents. -Manage daily sales operation, monitor the sales target and ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly sales reports are in place. -Consistently review the account balance of distributors and follow up the payment. -Increase coverage & penetration of company products in his/her area to ensure product availability.
Requirements
- University Degree: At least Bachelor and preferred in related fields - At least 2 years experience as a sales supervisor preferred field pharmaceutical and healthcare products. - Good knowledge about sales strategies and techniques - Familiar with the field of job (Pharmaceutical / FMCG) - Market planning and business skills - Good relationship and effective connection in this field - Microsoft Office knowledge - Sociable and expert negotiator - Flexible to handle a multi-tasked job - Travel requirements: occasional travel inside country
