-Manage and lead regional sales and distribution team and coordinate between sales and other staff
-Plan, Develop and lead sales plans and other plans of company in region
-Develop strategies for market expansion and revenue growth in all market segments
-Achieve targets for sales and distribution, profit contribution and market penetration for assigned products
-Forecast quarterly and annual profits
-Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
-Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
-Plan, Control and monitor stock levels
-Monitor sales records and analyze sales gap in order to optimize sales performance
-Provide regular reports to the National Sales Manager
-Research and analysis the market situation
-Maintain and improve product knowledge of the sales Team
Requirements
-MSc/BA in management/business or related fields
-Minimum of 5 years of experience at the same position (People with a history of working in FMCG have priority)
-Familiarity and full control of the province and the suburbs of the region
-Ability to communicate to various levels of management/customers
-Team management and negotiation skills
-Problem Solving & Decision making skills
-Target/result oriented
-Advanced knowledge of MS Office
-Fluent in English
