Job Description

As a regional sales manager, you will be responsible for building and leading a team of high-performing sales professionals to drive new business and increase revenue growth. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies, track progress, and analyze data to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals within the region.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities through lead generation, cold-calling, and networking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth.
  • Analyze data to track progress and measure success, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed business decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Thorough knowledge of market segmentation.
  • Results-oriented, high energy, and self-motivated.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and sales software.
  • Familiar with the transport and logistics market.
