Objective of the role:
- Make sales call and in-person visits
- Presentations to new and existing clients
- Creating strong and long-term sales relationships with customers .
List of responsibilities:
- Develop and make presentations of the company products
- Participate in sales events Search for new potential customers and carry out market research
- Manage of customer relationship with the aim of increasing sales to current customers .
- Visit the area to visit shops, farms and gardens.
- Advising farmer for using various types of fertilizer during different stages of plant.
- Handling of exhibition.
- Track customer finance settlements.
Reporting to: regional sales manager.
Length of Probation Period: 1 Month.
Requirements
University Qualifications: engineering (agriculture).
- Good knowledge about plant production
- At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing in agricultural inputs, particularly fertilizers
- Excellent communication and trade negotiation skills
- Ability to travel to different locations in the region as much as needed .
- Good knowledge in computer, digital communication software and apps, and MS office .
