- Responsible for developing and implementing the overall staffing & recruitment programs
- Register data in systems, creating reports and identifying irregularities
- Use different recruiting methods according to available terms and conditions
- Perform interviews and setting up the recruitment interviewing programs
Requirements
- At least 1 year of interview experience
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Management (HR) or industrial engineering.
- Familiar with recruitment processes and interviewing methods
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel…)
