Job Description

• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. • Following recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and on-boarding. • Prepare documentation for hiring process. • Interview job applicants on professional experience, education, training, skills and behavioral assessments and personality tests.

Requirements

• Perfectly familiar with the HR processes: Recruitment, Selection, Training, Compensation and benefits, Labor relations and negotiation, Performance management and personnel information systems. • Perfectly familiar with Microsoft Office specially Excel. • Ability to work with limited deadlines and over time. • Interested in team working.
