- Work with heads of departments to write job descriptions
- Source candidates through inbounds, outbounds, and referrals
- Screen resumes and cover letters for fit
- Conduct phone screens and surveys to determine candidate fit
- Manage candidates through the entire hiring process
- Assist the People Operations department with onboarding and HR functions
Requirements
- 0-2 years of related experience in related position
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 22-28 years old
- Must be extremely organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
- Computer skills: proficiency using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
