
Job Description
- Doing all the recruitment progress in the organization by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; conducting and analyzing exit interviews - Hire employees and conduct hiring-related procedures - Proceed all the recruitment progress in the organization (CV screening, phone/face to face interviews, taking a test, tracking all the paper works …) Establish a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program, and counsel managers on candidate selection - Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities - Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions - Plan and conduct new employee orientation to bring up positive attitude toward organizational objectives - Analyzes the recruitment process performance, prepares the recruitment dashboards, recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes. - Identifies difficult job vacancies and investigates the best recruitment approach for them. - Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date. - Develop the CV/Interview database and keep it up to date - Work closely with corporate Program and establishing recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meet the managers to discuss needs - Prepare the recruitment & related weekly & monthly report - Evaluate different recruitment channels and sources and their performance for particular job positions
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in management and related field, MBA or Psychology Experience: - Minimum 3 years HR experience Skills: - Fluent in English - Professional knowledge of all HR area and familiar with HR models - Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills. - Capability negotiation techniques - Good communication and analytical skills - Self-motivated, hard work, interested in multi task and team work conditions - Excellent MS Office skills, especially in excel - Team work skills
