● Answer the company phone lines professionally and courteously.
● Greet office visitors.
● Coordinate the office supplies (including kitchen and office supplies).
● Prepare voucher reports.
● Raise purchase requests and follow up on the on-time payments.
● Supervise teaboys and couriers.
● Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, writing minutes of meetings, etc.
● Assist with employees' complementary insurance process.
● Assist with distribution of packages, letters, etc. to employees.
Requirements
● At least a Bachelor's degree.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills.
● Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize issues.
● Good proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
● Fluent in English.
