Our Receptionists provide the first impression of Servcorp to our clients and their clients. Our Receptionists are the heart of the Servcorp operation, having an extremely important role which encompasses many skills; for example, answering our Servcorp telephone lines, clients telephone lines, greeting guests, providing service and IT skills, just to name a few! You are the window through which Servcorp is viewed. Your personal presentation must be excellent at all times, your smile constantly on show, and your efficiency and professionalism first class.

Requirements

● Speaks well and clearly – articulates well and speaks with confidence. ● Possesses a positive outlook. ● Anticipates what is required next and takes action. ● Expert in Worksmart ● Specializing in integrated voice messaging ● Expert in Call Manager and Unity ● Expert in phone IP systems and phone features ● Have exceptional phone manners. ● Able to approach tasks with creativity and a personal flair. ● Beginner to intermediate: Word, Excel, or Outlook. ● Master of OTIIS, Task Timer, and transactions.
