Job Description
• Execute all activities following quality and regulatory standards and procedures. Promote a quality mindset and quality excellence approach to all activities. • Design, execute and maintenance of quality system processes at respective departments. • Develop and review procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency and clarity of all processing activities. • Ensure program activities are in compliance with applicable government regulations and company quality assurance standards. • Ensure that process techniques are in alignment with the corporate goals and quality policy. • Ensure operating procedures are of use to end users. • Revise department complaints and implement corrective actions for clarity and fullness in investigations. • Coordinate with various process members and assist all customer processes and departments for implementation of various plans. • Evaluate current processes, research and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency. • Develop process improvements for high efficiency and cost effectiveness. • Help department to coordinate training to operating procedure changes or new system implementation. • Prioritize and implement process change requirements based on the critical project needs. • Update and maintain documentation on process improvements and process performance. • Customer driven with the commitment to provide high quality service at all levels. • Manage all application journals and ensure timely processing for all languages.
Requirements
• Able to prioritize and decide appropriate course of actions • Ability to work on multiple projects on a tight time line. • Ability to effectively collect, analyze, interpret, apply and communicate datas • Be a self-starter with the capability and confidence to make on the spot decisions. • Openness to change, have a continuous improvement state of mind and ability to think on your feet. • Strong analytical, trouble shooting and problem solving skills to improve processes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong knowledgeable in MOS (Excel, Work and Outlook). • At least 3 years experience in similar field
