Job Description
• Prepare and maintain quality control records, test reports, and compliance documents.
• Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly quality performance reports.
• Ensure timely submission of quality data to management and regulatory authorities.
• Maintain and update SOPs, work instructions, and quality manuals.
• Support the implementation of GMP, GLP, ISO, HACCP, and other relevant quality standards.
• Assist in batch record reviews and release documentation.
• Track customer complaints, non-conformities, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements for detergents and personal care products.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) from audits, deviations, and complaints.
• Support root cause analysis and improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve consistency.
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and supply chain teams for quality-related improvements.
• Support internal audits and third-party certification/inspection activities.
• Maintain audit readiness through proper documentation and evidence control.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to resolve quality issues.
• Provide technical support to customer service teams for complaint resolution.
• Assist R&D with documentation for new product trials, validations, and scale-ups.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, engineering, food Science or microbiology, or other related fields.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Quality or Manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
