Prepare quality, technical, and statistical reports and provide effective feedback to domestic and international suppliers.
Review and approve warranty cases, claims, and repair-related authorizations.
Collaborate with technical, engineering, and dealership teams to improve service quality and reduce recurring issues.
Job Requirements
Full proficiency in diagnosing various vehicle systems, including electrical, mechanical, transmission, suspension, and drivetrain systems.
Strong ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
In-depth knowledge of warranty regulations, authorizations, and claim processes.
Ability to prepare technical reports and clearly document defects and corrective actions through formal
