Quality Control Manager

Job Description

- Provide quality leadership for a factory by setting the quality strategy, improving quality standards, goals, and objectives. - Lead quality control section in workshop for pressure vessel, exchanger, tower, NDT & steel structure. - Monitor and advise on how the quality management system performs, Issue data and reports workshop performance. - Advise on changes in quality procedures and systems, implements new systems where necessary and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality - Resolve quality control issues in workshop by working with the design team, fabrication department, Project Managers, subcontractors, and inspectors. - Coordinate inspection activities with the third party inspectors and authorities - Think to develop innovative solutions to solve customer requirements and expectations - Manage the implementation of the Project QC plan and assure compliance with it for completing the work
