Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

  • Cooperate in the improvement of the QMS.
  • Cooperate in the implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 requirements.
  • Cooperate in audits and regulatory inspections, preparation and follow up on CAPAs.
  • Control the circulation of the documents based on the latest approved format.
  • Archive the documents (paper, electronic).
  • Follow up on collecting obsolete documents from the system and distributing the latest version to the beneficiaries.
  • Control the integrity of documents based on ALCOA+ principles.
  • Prepare/revise SOPs, flowcharts, etc.
  • Conduct statistical studies on the information recorded in the databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Chemistry, or similar fields.
  • 3 to 4 years of experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Effective time management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proactive, with the ability to meet and surpass project deadlines.
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
