Job Description

● Prepare, develop, gather and archive all the quality assurance-related documents. ● Plan and perform inspection and follow up on the outcomes. ● Participate in QRM projects. ● Establish the most suitable systems and tasks in the organization to optimize the performance of the tasks in accordance with the standards. ● Investigate and monitor new technology in order to optimize the activities and use them for more efficiency. ● Review the control of existing systems and techniques in the business area in order to provide appropriate feedback to resolve existing deficiencies. ● Identify and design general and specific methods of work to improve the organization's processes for the effectiveness of activities. ● Develop management system standards to provide corrective suggestions for reforming systems. ● Annual planning of management audit and review in order to ensure the achievement of micro and macro goals. ● Interact and collaborate with all units of the organization in order to identify and deploy the optimal implementation processes. ● Review and update system and implementation processes to enhance performance and monitor their correct implementation.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or similar fields. ● At least 2 years of working experience in the QA department. ● Good communication and interpersonal skills. ● Dynamic personality. ● Teamwork skills. ● Problem-solving skills. ● Maximum age range: 34 years old.
