- Performing internal inspection at specified intervals and report.
- Updating job knowledge through participation in educational opportunities.
- Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety.
- Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems, and procedures.
- Writing management/technical reports.
- Directing objectives to maximize profitability.
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
- Monitoring / evaluating the performance of quality control systems for improvement or corrective action.
- Carries out other assignments in the field of organizational duties by superiors.
Requirements
- Having at least a BS degree in the food industry or related disciplines.
- Having ISO 22000 certified.
- Familiar with HACCP.
- Compilation of SOP and work instructions.
- Supervising and visiting food and beverage and health products and ensuring good performance of GMP.
- Fluent in food standards.
- Having at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Living near to the west of Tehran.
