- Loading, supervising, and proceeding related jobs to quality control with the purpose of generating internal assurance of productions quality
- Participating in a comprehensive analytical production-line program
- Performing standard chemical, physical, biological, and bacteriological examinations of Meat products
- Monitor and perform tests on water, food, and the environment to detect harmful microorganisms or to obtain information about sources of pollution, contamination, or infection.
- Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples.
Requirements
- Bsc or M.A in food industry engineering familiar with meat industry.
- Hardworking, efficient, and responsible.
- Teamwork & positive relationships with others.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Minitab, and other related software
- Good basic level of English.
