- Formulate quality policies and control quality of laboratory and production efforts
- Preparing & implement & Evaluation quality system & policies and developing annual quality strategies and goals
- Establish a structural design for close monitoring of CCP's (critical control point) continuously throughout the supply chain from materials to consumers
- Manage & Organize staff in the quality department & Delegate their roles. Educate, advise and improve people's knowledge related to quality
- Monitor performance of all subunit of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency
- Communicate quality control information to all relevant organizational departments, outside vendors, or contractors
- Providing reports regarding products quality situation or quality processes, root cause analyses, or quality trends
- Participate in the development of product specifications & related cross functional teams in case of quality issues
Requirements
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
- Minimum relevant work experience: 7 Years related to Quality in the food industry (including 4 years’ management experience)
- M.A in food industry engineering.
- Familiar with base and needs of quality management systems
