Job Description
- Notifying the work instructions and QA manager's commands to subordinates. - Support activities to achieve compliance with the Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards. - Promote quality awareness and commitment to quality across the company. - Support the departments to be ready for internal and external audits. - Supervising the implementation of procedures and work instructions. - To record, Measure and analyze the information related to the key indicators. - To evaluate customer satisfaction and getting feedback from them. - To Define, track and evaluate the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions - Ensuring the Maintenance of related Reports, Inspections and updating them and designing new ones if needed. - Communicating with QC Manager regarding to Quality and Food Safety issues. - Coordinating the QA issues with supervisors of other departments. - To Monitor and control achieving the objectives and programs. - Holding internal audits and following the NCs to be closed ASAP. - Other Duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Science. - Min 5 years relevant experience in Quality Assurance field in food industries. - Ability to work in a team - Good communication skills - Hard working and initiative - Reporting to: QC Manager - Language Skills: Good in English, Both written and Oral - Computer Skills: Expert with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) - Current Residence: Karaj, Hashtgerd or other cities near Hashtgerd - Maximum Age: 35
