Main Responsibilities:
• Creating awareness and continuous improvement through campaigns, training and staff coaching
• Monitoring and evaluating adherence to established standards, processes, procedures and policies in order to have consistency of results and performance.
• Setting measurable goals for products and services and measuring progress towards their achievement.
• Monitoring operations to prevent the production of defects and to verify adherence to quality plans and requirements;
