Job Description

● Prepare and update the master list of documents. ● Review the documents and check their compliance with the master list of documents. ● Preserving and archiving of all soft files. ● Check all the documents prepared in terms of format, font, etc. ● Recording and coding all documents received. ● Make a copy of the documents from the original version and seal them. ● Distributing the new copies and collecting the old ones. ● Archiving the original copies of the documents according to the related SOPs. ● Maintain, classify and manage Invalid documents in accordance with existing SOPs.

Requirements

● 3+ years of relevant work experience. ● Good English skills. ● Good ICDL skills especially in Office (Word, Excel and Outlook). ● Familiar with the principles of GMP. ● Attention to details. ● Adaptability and flexibility. ● Willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges. ● Reliable, responsible, and dependable.
