Job Description

* Supplier qualification/ selection * Performing all foreign commercial process including communication, negotiation, placing orders and documentation. * Coordinate with logistic companies to ensure proper shipment delivery. * Managing the customs clearance process * Doing registration in Ministry of Commerce (sabte sefaresh) * Applying for currency allocation with banks and following the related process for using government rate currency * Doing bank related activities for money transfer and LC processing * Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations * Handing over complete orders details to the finance team

Requirements

* University degree in Business, Economics, marketing or related * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (specially Excel) * Fluency in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking) * Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills * Strong correspondence skill in international business * Familiar with bank processes * Good financial analysis and cost management skills * Dynamic team player, results oriented and service minded * Planned and organized
