Job Description

The publishing assistant is an integral part of our organization, contributing significantly to the production and distribution of our written content. The primary objective of this role is to facilitate all publishing activities, from inception to final distribution. This includes fostering robust relationships with domestic and international journals, supervising the publication of articles on our website, and ensuring the integrity and precision of all published content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Development: The incumbent will be responsible for generating articles on a diverse range of topics as required. This may also encompass editing and revising articles authored by others to ensure they adhere to our organization’s standards for quality and accuracy.
  • Publication Coordination: The role involves maintaining strong relationships with domestic and international journals for printing and publishing articles. This necessitates regular liaison with journal representatives and staying abreast of their submission guidelines and schedules.
  • Website Oversight: The Publishing Assistant will supervise the publication of articles on our organization’s website. This includes ensuring that all articles are correctly formatted, tagged, and categorized for seamless navigation by website visitors.
  • Quality Control: The incumbent will review all content before publication to ensure it meets our organization’s standards for quality and accuracy. This may involve fact-checking, proofreading, and editing as necessary.

Salary and benefits:

  • Monthly payment in USD: (250).
  • Completely remote.
  • The possibility of promotion and salary increase.
  • Free in-service training (extensive and continuous training about global financial markets).

  • Aron Groups does not have any representation or office in IRAN. The company is incorporated under Marshall Island law, and our offices are in England and Cyprus.

Requirements

  • Candidates with more than two years of relevant work experience are preferred.
  • Experience with website management and content publishing is particularly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate a capacity for learning, meticulous attention to detail, effective teamwork, and a commitment to task completion.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, HTML, and basic web
  • design principles will be advantageous.
  •  At least a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
