Job Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the platform's goals.
  • Create compelling content for the company's social media accounts, including text, images, videos, and promotional graphics.
  • Develop and manage a diverse content pool for users, especially new users, consisting of images, videos, and texts.
  • Collaborate with the design team to generate customized designs that cater to users’ preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and coherence across all platforms.
  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to drive user awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Establish and maintain content creation protocols, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct quality checks on user content to maintain platform integrity and quality
  • Manage, coordinate, and oversee the creation process of restaurant photographs and content creation.
  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and KOLs to increase user awareness, attention, and engagement with the platform.
  • Monitor content performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools
  • Use data-driven insights social media trends and best practices to refine content strategies and optimize user engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, designers, and social media specialists.
  • Provide guidance, feedback, and support to ensure the team's creative output meets quality standards.


  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Management, or a related field; a relevant Master's degree is a plus; or an MBA graduate. 
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in content management, social media, and digital marketing.
  • Candidates with experience in e-commerce are preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Strong copywriting and visual design skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software to create and edit images, graphics, and promotional materials.
  • Proficient with the social commerce landscape and emerging trends.
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and other digital publishing platforms.
  • Strong creative and visual sensibilities with an eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects and a content team effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
