
Job Description
-Plan or direct development or communication of programs to maintain favorable public or stockholder perceptions of an organization's accomplishments, agenda, or environmental responsibility -Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies -Communicating with colleagues and key spokespeople -Establish or maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of community, consumer, employee, or public interest groups -Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email or verbal -Market research, writing and analyzing reports to targeted media -Tracing, evaluation and report CRM procedure -Collating and analyzing marketing and sales process coverage in environment -Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities -Fostering community relations through events such as conferences and through involvement in community initiatives -Managing the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation -Organizing events including conferences, exhibitions, open days, tours and launches -Study the objectives, promotional policies, or needs of organizations to develop public relations strategies that will influence public opinion or promote ideas, products, or services
Requirements
-Degree in Marketing, PR, commercial, Management -Minimum 5 years related experience in PR, CRM -Proficient in MS office especially in Excel -Active, motivated, result oriented -High emotional intelligence in relations skills -Fluent English
