Lifeboard Parseh is looking for a Public Relations (PR) Specialist & Event Planner to shape and protect our corporate image in ways that promote our business, values and mission and to produce events from conception to completion under the supervision of our Marketing Manager. You’ll be responsible for maintaining media relations and collaborating with marketing team in promotional activities & for organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations Key Responsibilities: -Formulate PR plans and strategies -Enhance the company’s voice and presence through online and offline channels -Manage media relations and requests -Write press releases, speeches and other PR copy -Plan and supervise events, fairs, conferences etc. -Support the implementation of promotional plans -Present solutions in times of PR crisis -Facilitate the resolution of disputes with the public or external vendors -Lead survey initiatives and analyze public opinion
Requirements
-BSc/BA in PR, communications, journalism or relevant field -Proven experience as public relations specialist or similar position -Experience in execution of PR campaigns and/or initiatives -Familiarity with basic principles of marketing -Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits -Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material and etc. -Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day -Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes -Ideal Age:25-40
