-Establish and maintain good-matured, cooperative relationships with the news media, consumers, the government, local communities and other public-interest groups and create company literature and other forms of communication.
-Organizing promotional or community-centered programs and all events.
-planning and implementation of related seminars and conferences and events.
-Work with manager and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget.
-Prepare agendas and conduct research.
-Help to clarify the organization’s point of view to their main constituency.
-Managing the website.
-Planning and execution in order to support marketing strategies and meet the business targets.
Requirements
-At Least Bachelor Degree (Marketing and communication, journalism or relevant education is preferred)
-3 years’ experience in PR communication
-Good communication skills both orally and in writing
-Ability to prepare the needed presentations
-Ability to respond to information requests from the media
-Ability to evaluate advertising and promotion programs
-Familiar with related software
-Planner
-Appetite for learning
-Understanding of the media
-Fluent in English
