Oversee the daily operations of assigned projects and services as of “Integrated Facility Management (IFM)", ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
Manage and motivate a team of facility service staff, providing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Prepare comprehensive reports detailing project progress, performance metrics, and any identified challenges.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects and staff performance.
Implement and maintain effective communication channels with clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within assigned projects.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the facilities management industry or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the facilities management industry.
