-Oil Free Air business has to substantially grow in Iran in terms of volume and complexity.To achieve business targets with reference to growth, it has been decided to modify the Organization structure for projects business with following objectives. -Customer Satisfaction -Competence Development of resources -Growth in Market Share -Better Divisional and product focus -We have introduced this new position to mentor and grow sustainable projects business. In view of the same, we are now looking for a dynamic person to shoulder the responsibility of Project Sales, Oil Free Air division for Iran. In this position you will be supported by Proposal / Project sales team. -Job Description -Review and respond to customers' RFQs’, related technical specifications and Propose appropriate technical solutions, listing all deviations and/or exceptions before closing date of the project -Size and optimize selection of products, components, ancillaries, and external services needed to fulfill the project’s requirement through on-time communications with the factory and sub-suppliers, and prepare detailed proposal -List/analyze the scope of documentation to be supplied -Ensure a complete costing of projects including project management handling related costs -Interact with Marketing and Sales Team and establish best possible solution -Provide technical assistance throughout the sales process as required in order to promote Atlas Copco solutions and products -Identify project documentation for clear availability and costing -Participate, when and if required, at proposal evaluation stage to support sales in securing the business -Review customers’ orders from both technical aspects, raise and solve discrepancies before handing to Project Engineer for execution -Contribute to timely and accurate proposals; participate in execution kick off meeting, and continue through to the KOM -Proper and clear transfer of Specifications, Scope of Supply files to contract handling department -Qualify and select equipment and service vendors for packaged compressed air systems -Support order execution, achieving client satisfaction in terms of delivery and technical requirements -Provide customer service by anticipating and responding to customer queries -Manage and motivate all resources allocated to the project, therefore enabling a successful completion -Be responsible for the project engineering support of various projects from conceptual and detailed design stage through engineering, production, performance testing and dispatch to customer -During bid stage act as main coordination link between customer and factories ( Belgium / Netherland / UK / China / India) -Keep management posted on the project bid status -Travel to Customer sites when required -Manage partnership with local suppliers/partners, small EPCs, Preparing and Managing Technical proposals, Clarification, Contracts and relevant documentation

Requirements

-Highly technical product / package solutions oriented with a University Engineering Degree is preferably Mechanical or Process Engineering -Degree in Engineering with corresponding experience in the industry; preferably in oil & gas/power sectors -At least 8 years’ Experience in Oil&Gas, Power Plant or Steel Industries in Rotating Equipment / Packaged Engineering or Procurement Departments (Engineering Consultants, EPC or End Users) -Knowledge and Experience of Autocad or equivalent Packages is a requirement -Technical Expertise, Finance Skills, Business Understanding, Problem Solving / Unanticipated Events, Learning on the Fly, Staffing, Developing, Diversity, Managing through Processes and Systems, Communication, Leadership, Action Oriented Drive for Results, Customer Focus -Business Understanding: Sound understanding of capital goods industry with latest local and global trends with good commercial acumen -Must be an independent self-starter, with excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and Written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills -Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Power point, MS Project as well as Microsoft Outlook / Lotus Notes applications -Proven Experience as a contract or project management -Proven Speech and Pretension Skills in both English and Persian Language -Ability to effectively manage multiple technical enquiries / clarification -Able to plan and organize effectively -Able to read pneumatic/hydraulic flow diagrams and general arrangement drawings -Understanding of complete RFQ and Material Requisition Documents -Knowledge and practical experience of software including drafting techniques (including CAD, MS office, Windows, MS Projects, Outlook) -Willing to Travel as required to customer office, sites -Excellent Interpersonal skills -Effective communication skills -Fluent in English
