Job Description
- Conducting market surveys, identifying and pursuing projects in the field of hydraulic drive and control systems from tender stage through to technical, contractual and commercial negotiations and conclusions; - Develop and win new business specifically targeting marine, offshore and material handing industries; - Preparing project progress reports and discussing them with the client and consultant engineers; - Preparing invoices in line with the progress of the project and pursuing them until settlement; - Managing the obligations of warranty period, rectifying the defects and completing the process of final hand over of the projects; - Marketing, advertising and promotion planning including seminars, exhibitions, etc. - Maintain and develop working relationship with existing and new customers/clients; - Appropriate administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication and liaison.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering (B.S.) from a reputable university; - Good reference and minimum 5 years of related working experience as the project manager; - Extensive knowledge of the country industry structure and governmental organizations backed up by experiences/involvement in large scale infrastructure projects; - Practical knowledge of computer and English language, commercial and contractual correspondences; - Strong public relation and communication skills; the ability to speak to senior decision makers with confidence is a must; - Must have strong teamwork skills; - Passionate about winning and developing new business; - Self Driven and motivated; - Willingness to travel extensively throughout the country and staying at project sites whenever necessary.
