● Project evaluation and presentation of results on a continuous basis.
● Try to achieve project management goals and report to senior management.
● Anticipate and prepare all necessary documents and instructions for implementation and communication with other departments of the project and the employer.
● Monitor project activities and control their progress.
● Cooperate in reviewing the draft contracts of contractors and reviewing their resumes.
● Check and confirm the status of contractors.
● Project evaluation and presentation of results on a continuous basis.
● Assign tasks and communicate expected deliverables with involved departments and coordinate with them to identify and monitor issues and bottlenecks, impacts, and dependencies.
Requirements
● Ability to plan and organize.
● Fluent in English.
● At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields.
● At least ten years of work experience.
● Proficient in project budgeting, human resources management, and other necessary management capabilities.
● Familiarity with MSP and Primavera.
● Proficient in general and specialized software in one's own engineering field.
● Leadership and team-building skills.
