For our Trade Analysis Dept. we are looking for a Project Management Expert. OPPORTUNITIES: Working in an international environment in contact with European management with a marketing background in multinationals and dealing with foreigner private companies as well as industrial and governmental association. Grow professional competences and undertake career development plans. CHALLENGES: Our organization works on several different industries, sometime in difficult and technical fields. We works with tens of international organizations and hundreds of companies; most of the time we host our clients in Iran, to perform B2B meetings and market visits. In his/her role the employee will be responsible of the operative activities related with the management of the B2B Mission projects. To perform the job he/she will have to work together with our clients, the internal team and our suppliers, to make sure projects are duly and timely delivered. In particular she/he will: • Interact with our Clients and Partners on a regular basis. • Gather all the necessary information and organize them. • Work with our suppliers to organize logistic (Visa, transfer, hotel, interpreters, etc) • Investigate new suppliers when necessary • Coordinate and supervise the activities during the stay in Iran of our Clients. • Be responsible of timeline of each project. The role will report into the Head of the Trade Analysis Dept. A carrier development plan will be structured according to the person’s talents and attitude.
