Main responsibilities / duties:
• Successful achievement for a specific project
• Maintain productive on-site owner, architect, and subcontractor relationships
• Training and development of the project staff
• Conduct a complete project contract documents review, including awarded subcontracts and purchase orders issued. Assure all items are covered and in the budget.
• Complete project buy out and material purchases and schedule deliveries to keep the project on schedule with the proper sequence of work.
• Subcontracts and have submitted the appropriate bond and insurance documents before commencing work.
• Manage project start up.
• In coordination with the Superintendent, finalize the site utilization plan and the project schedule.
• Update the project schedule weekly.
• Work with the Project Team to develop and implement remedies to address any schedule slippage.
• Through personal project site observations (daily walk through) and review of applicable reports
Requirements
University qualifications: Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
Previous experience: 5+ years in Project Management, System Management, Application/Process Engineering, Consulting
Special knowledge:
• Mechanical, Electrical (Instrumentation and Control) or Chemical knowledge
Other Skills:
• Leadership
• Good Negotiator

Advantage experience
• Process Design
• Design implementation including inspection and advising contractors work on vessels, piping, ventilation etc
• Implementation of most advanced instrumentation and control systems (PLCs, HMI, communication, plant manager)
