Job Description

Objective: Re-organize engineering department with the purpose of improving performance of subcontractors Main responsibilities: Define overall policy for engineering and installation department Set quality standards for installation jobs Supervise subcontractors and installation jobs Provide details and shop drawings for projects Sign contracts related to installation jobs Identify and hire new installation teams Provide project data and submit reports to management Define workflow with sales and financial departments Reporting to: Managing Director Subordinates: Engineers, subcontractors Other interactions: Sales Department, Financial Department Number required: 2 Duration: Permanent Desired start date: Immediate Probation: 3 months Working hours: Sat - Thu; 8:30 am to 5.30 pm Travel requirements: Moderate travels within territory Gross monthly base salary: To be discussed Commission / Bonus: Yes Other Benefits: -

Requirements

University qualifications: Masters in Civil Engineering or Architecture Previous experience: Work experience in companies specialized in cladding projects is considered as a major asset Specialist knowledge: Cladding projects Construction projects Good command of Autocad needed Other Skills: Selling skills preferred Ability to manage subcontractors Ideal Age Range: 30-45 Gender Preference: Male Nationality Preference: Iranian Language Skills: Farsi Current Residence: Tehran
