● Follow-up and coordination regarding the circulation and final signing of contractors' contracts.
● Check and defect the contractors' status.
● Follow-up and necessary coordination regarding the provision of support services (relocation and crane request).
● Participate in the aggregation of documents required for the project.
● Consolidation of information to prepare management and analytical reports on the status of the project.
● Follow-up and management of meetings related to planning and the taskmaster.
● Necessary follow-up and coordination between headquarters units and projects.
● Do administrative correspondence.
● Investigate and interact with the project and financial control unit in the process of sending the status report to the employer.
Requirements
● Familiarity with Landmark software.
● Familiarity with project management.
● Familiarity with ICDL (especially Excel).
● Familiarity with project control.
● Intermediate English knowledge.
● Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
● 5 years of related work experience.
