Project Control Supervisor

Job Description

Main Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement project control strategies and plans for various projects within the oil and gas sector.
• Monitor project progress, costs, and schedules to identify any deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular project reporting to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and potential risks.
• Lead a team of project controllers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with other departments such as engineering, procurement, and operations to streamline project processes and maximize efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
• Proven experience in project controls within the oil and gas industry, with a deep understanding of project management principles.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex project data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage a team and liaise with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools to accurately track and report project progress.
