Job Description
Objective of the role:
- Preparation of a project implementation plan and then control and monitor progress of it.
List of responsibilities:
- Preparation of a project implementation plan based on the principles of project management
- Provide comprehensive reporting templates
- Provide and set up a variety of reports, including progress and performance
- Control and manage project delays
- Monitoring and controlling actions in each project based on the project charter
- Calculate Percentage of Implementation of Project Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Responsible for tracking project progress status and perform analysis of project variance
- Assigning appropriate milestone, tasks, resource level and hours as per the requirement
- Change Management
- Project Resource Management
- Project Schedule Management
- Timing and evaluation of work
- Problem management
- Provide organizational document templates.
- Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday.
