Production supervisor is responsible to lead the production team to achieve the departmental objectives in terms of Safety, Health, Environment, Quality and Performance to ensure business continuity.
Main responsibilities:
• Ensure implementation of SHE standards and practices for production area.
• Ensure the achievement of FTR, line efficiency, reliability and MSA as per targets. Coordinate with
FI pillar improvement activities under the umbrella of NCE in production
• Ensure the quality of finished products is consistent and produced to approve specifications.
• Full compliance of GMP /housekeeping.
• Ensure development of competencies of shop floor employee by specified training, coaching and knowledge at the shop floor (e.g. "One Point Lessons").
• Coordinate Continuous Excellence activities/goal alignment, compliance and coaching activities.
• Coordinate TPM activities.
• Regular review and analysis of usage variance for raw, packaging and labor.
• Labor coordination in terms of scheduling production together with production/shift supervisor.
Requirements
Key experiences:
• 3-5 years in food industry experience at high supervisory level.
• Bachelor/Master degree in food safety engineering.
• Deep familiarity in production planning.
• Technical knowledge of equipment and measuring devices.
• Good knowledge of Food and Personal Safety.
Skills:
• High commitment to Safety with high understanding of safety and environmental principles.
• Personal relations based on trust and mutual respect combined with an ability to communicate openly and frankly.
• English language proficiency (Written & verbal).
• Having problem solving mindset as well as team work spirit.
• International & Professional way of working along with positive attitude.
• Computer literate.
