- Guiding and organizing all factors for timely production & quality
according to planned orders
- Providing plans to reduce waste
- Preparing and submitting daily reports of production lines
- Ensures all employees understand and follow company policies and
procedures
- Ensures all employees work in a safe manner by following company
regulations
- Monitoring the production process of current products in terms of
quantity and following up the non-compliance and submitting a
corrective proposal
Requirements
- BSc/ MSc in Industrial/ Food/ Electrical/ Mechanical engineering
- Ability to work sharply in 12 hours Day/ Night Shifts
- Min 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG
- Advanced reporting skills
- Good numerical skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Advanced English proficiency
- Good command of MS. Office skills
- Experience in Cake / bakery industries is a plus
