Job Description

● Receiving customer orders from the sales unit and continuously communicating with sales to determine the delivery time and the amount requested by the customer. ● Receiving maintenance and repair programs for machinery from the maintenance and repair unit. ● Production planning and planning of raw materials based on received orders and other information in coordination with superiors. ● Planning the time to load products in coordination with the sales unit. ● Planning for the unloading time of the purchased goods with the commercial unit. ● Cooperating in determining the order point of raw materials with the warehouse and presenting to the superior. ● Cooperating in periodical warehouse management. ● Issuing the purchase request for raw materials based on the order point and presenting it to the superior. ● Issuing requests for raw materials from the warehouse based on the production plan and notifying the warehouse unit for delivery to production. ● Cooperation in compiling the list of raw materials of the product BOM. ● Checking the flow of materials in the production halls and preparing the placement of machinery. ● Requesting corrective or preventive action to eliminate actual or potential non-conformance. ● Checking the production reports and analyzing the reasons for deviation from the production plan and presenting the results to the superior. ● Reviewing raw material inventory reports and the amount of deviation from the required inventory to deliver the product to the customer on time. ● Preparing reports on the status of the realization of the production plan and the reasons for deviation from the plans and presenting them to the superiors. ● Cooperating in analyzing information and results of monitoring and measuring the planning process.
