Job Description

● Guide personnel and subordinates to achieve organizational goals in this unit. ● Monitor and coordinate the production units to achieve the production plan. ● Monitor and track daily production reports and track non-conformity. ● Finalize and validate the estimation of time resources, manpower, time, and items required for the production of products. ● Control how operators set up documents. ● Fix the non-conformance observed in the process audit. ● Monitor compliance with production standards. ● Monitor the maintenance and protection of machinery. ● Monitor the production process of current products quantitatively and provide a plan to reduce losses and unplanned stops.
