Job Description

Responsibilities: ● Production planning and organization. ● Managers' efficiency of assemblers and optimization of production lines. ● Improving the industrial production capacity of products with an agile production approach. ● Direct Manager: Production and Planning Manager. ● Subsidiaries: 2 Line Supervisors, 1 Technical Technician. ● Probation period: 3 Months. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 5 pm. ● Travel requirement: Yes, occasionally for applied training in the field of production. ● Rewards and benefits: Quarterly commission equal to 1% of production; if the set goals are achieved, supplementary insurance, lunch, and breakfast, transportation fee.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, or Production Management. ● Work experience: 5 years. ● Hard skills: Management knowledge, fluency in English, fluency in MS Office, data analysis and reporting, diagnostics. ● Personality skills (Soft skills): Managerial charisma, leadership ability, communication, and teamwork skills.
